Vacation rental reservations may be cancelled according to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation window and specific property terms. Gift certificates may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if unused. In-room add-on packages may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Vacation rental reservations are confirmed by email with check-in instructions and property access details provided prior to arrival. The lodging service is fulfilled at the physical property during the guest's reserved stay dates. Gift certificates are delivered digitally by email, typically within minutes of purchase. In-room packages and hospitality add-ons are delivered on-site to guests at check-in or during their stay.
All reservations, gift certificate purchases, and add-on orders go through standard online checkout with payment verification, fraud screening, reservation matching, and manual review when needed. We sell directly to individual guests and do not sell to resellers or third-party distributors.
