Five Star Group LLC is a property management company based in Millersburg, Ohio. We manage vacation rental properties in the heart of Ohio's Amish Country, handling everything from guest bookings and property maintenance to hospitality services and on-site guest support.
In addition to property management, we offer direct-to-consumer gift certificates for stays at our managed properties, as well as optional in-room hospitality add-ons such as welcome baskets, firewood bundles, candles, snack packages, and celebration packages — all delivered directly to guests at check-in or during their stay.

Gift certificates may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if unused. In-room add-on packages may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Digital gift certificates are delivered by email, typically within minutes of purchase. In-room packages and hospitality add-ons are delivered on-site to guests at check-in or during their stay at our managed properties.
All orders go through standard online checkout with payment verification, fraud screening, reservation matching, and manual review when needed. We do not sell to resellers or third-party distributors.
